Swathi Institute of Technology & Sciences is spread over 11 acres of land with a working space of about 1,30,000 Sq. ft. facing NH-9 beside Kothagudem 'X' Roads near Ramoji film city in Hyderabad. The campus is aesthetically designed for a pollution free environment and lush green surroundings to provide congenial atmosphere suitable for academic and other innovative abilities.

Swathi Memorial Educational Society has established this engineering college after gaining vast experience in running educational institutions offering degree programs in Science, Commerce, education and Post Graduate programs such as MBA and MCA. The Society aims to capitalize on its rich experience to mould this newly established college into a world-class institute. It reaffirms its commitment to continuously improve the quality of engineering education by providing excellent infrastructural facilities.
Dr. P. Shailesh received his B.E, M-E and Ph.D in the year 2005 from Osmania University. He is working as Principal & Professor of Mechanical engineering in this institution, which is affiliated to Osmania University, Hyderabad. He has published 16 technical papers in various international/National Journals and conferences. He is having 15 years of teaching experience and 3 years of experience in industry. He has published 3 technical papers for various international Journals having impart factor / citation index. He has communicated 5 technical papers for various international Journals witch one under review having impart factor/citation index. He has attended 3 international conferences and 4 workshops. He has conducted various workshops conferences and technical fests. He has guided B.E & B-Tech /M.E/M.Tech Mechanical student's projects. His areas of interest are Metal casting, Metal Forming, Metal Cutting and welding. He is a life member of various Professional bodies like Memberof Society for Aerospace Quality and Reliability which is a Professional body of D.R.D.O & a memberfor Institute of Indian Foundryman.
