Mata Sheela Devi Des Raj Luthra Educational Society has been established by the Luthra Family in the loving memory of their parents Late Sh. Des Raj Luthra & Smt. Sheela Devi Luthra, who had a zeal to make technical education assessable to the Society.
With a Vision to develop Jagadhri as the Education Hub of the country and to provide quality education to all, Luthra Family took over the management of Bhagwan Parshuram Public School at Jagadhri. In the process of imparting technical education, National College of Polytechnic had been started. Various professional Institutes are in process where quality education shall be made available to the students. The aim of the Society is to develop technocrats of global standards, who can meet the requirements of growing economy.

After the launch of Educational Society in the name of Mata Sheela Devi Des Raj Luthra Educational Society, I got an opportunity to benefit the society in the field of education. My dream was to guide the youth of this region to excel in the field of education. The whole world is looking at India for providing trained manpower. It becomes our foremost duty to generate avenues to develop our youth into skilled technicians and well trained qualified engineers to meet the growing need of our country.
Education is the corner stone of economic development and prosperity. Technical and professional education is impacting all aspects of life. To use technology effectively for economic growth, our educational society has set up these technical institutes and many more are likely to come up very soon. We are confident that these institutions shall help in developing quality professionals, technically skilled workers and trained engineers and citizens capable of making India a developed nation, and ultimately contributing towards improving the quality of life of our people.
